Initial update (V0.2.1)

This is the initial update for the Dredge the Depths jam game. The current version is V0.2.1.

What has been added:

• The title screen. Pressing 'z' moves to the instruction screen.
• The instructions screen (currently blank). Pressing 'z' moves to the game screen.
• In the pause menu (accessed with the 'p' key), you can back and forth from the inventory screen (currently empty).
• The diver main character. You can move around with the directional keys.
• The laser drill. Press the 'z' key to use it. It has an animation effect, but it does nothing currently. In the future, you will be able to drill certain materials highlighted in the green square near your character.
• Materials that you can drill and that you are attempting to drill will be highlighted in a flashing square (note at this time the material won't be drilled).
• The first level, shallow waters, is complete. When you reach the end area, you will automatically move to the second area, coral reef. This level is unfinished.
• When you move into the darkness on the bottom of the level, the diver's lamp auto activates, lighting a small area around you.
